Town Hall Useage Notice
The Selectmen would like to remind everyone that if you want to use the Town Hall you need to fill out a use of hall contract and have it approved by the Selectmen. Also if wanting to borrow tables or chairs you also need to fill out a contract and have it approved by the Selectmen. Anyone who has a key to the Town Hall is not supposed to give the key to anyone else without approval of the Selectmen. If you have a key for coaching you are only allowed to use the hall for scheduled practices and games you need to fill out a contract for any other uses.

Town Meeting – Voting and Meeting Times on March 11, 2025
The 2025 Monroe Town Meeting will be held on March 11, 2025.
Voting will take place downstairs in the dining room at the Town Hall located at 50 Main Street from 12 noon until 6 p.m.
Town Meeting will take place upstairs in the gym at the Town Hall located at 50 Main Street beginning at 7:00 p.m. The Town’s budget/warrant articles will be heard first. The School Districts budget/warrant articles will be held after the Town’s portion of the meeting.
Monroe Public Hearing
The Town of Monroe will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, February 11 at 6:00 p.m.to review the 2025 proposed Budget.
This will take place at the Monroe Town Hall – Dining Room.=. The Town Budget will be discussed first.
The Town of Monroe Financial Audit for Year ending December 31, 2023 is available at the Town Office.

Notice of Public Hearing – Town of Monroe, NH
In accordance with RSA 676:4, the Monroe Planning Board will meet at the Monroe Town Office on February 4, 2025 at 7:00 p.m.
For a Hearing on the following application: Subdivision for Martz located at Map R09, Lot28
The application will be reviewed and may be brought forward for final approval at this or future Planning Board meetings.

Supervisor of the Checklist Meeting
The Supervisor of the Checklist will meet on Saturday, March 1, 2025 from 8:30 a.m. – 9:30 a.m. in the Planning Room at the Town Office located at 152 Woodsville Road in Monroe. Last day for changes or corrections to the Voter Checklist before Town Meeting on March 11, 2025.
